Shipping policy

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll get an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Delivery times are estimates and can run longer during holidays, bad weather or carrier delays.

Shipping costs

Standard shipping is free on orders over $75. For smaller orders, the shipping rate is shown at checkout before you pay.

Multiple items

Orders with more than one item may ship in separate packages, each with its own tracking number. You only pay shipping once.

International orders

Import duties or taxes charged by your country, if any, are the customer's responsibility unless they're collected at checkout.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away and we'll fix it if the order hasn't shipped yet. We can't be responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address entered at checkout.

Late, lost or damaged packages

If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of shipping (45 days for Canada, the UK and Australia), or it arrives damaged, email us at joshuae5193@gmail.com with your order number. We'll send a replacement or a full refund.
